Testimonials

Individual Therapy Patient

“When I first started meeting with my clinician I was very stressed and depressed. Felt hopeless and terribly frightened for the future. My blood pressure had risen and I was feeling overwhelmed.  Over the course of our work together, he and I zeroed in on many aspects of caregiving. He often helped me reach solutions on my own which was very empowering… Thanks for helping me feel less alone.”
